Other Vehicle water tanker

I have purchased two water tankers of 6000 ltr storage capacity each, from Mr. Mukesh Ramesh Surywanshi, C/o M/s Hari om Trailors, opp. durg petrol pump parola Dist. Jalgaon, owner took complete payment of rs 250000/- via bank UPI, against his credit memo, and written commitments, but made too much delay more than 2 months for first tanker delivery which is also incompelter, and second tanker wasnt given , neighter returning paymetns nor giving GSt bills.
