The Horror story started MHRIL/Club Mahindra with me in the Month of March 2023 approached me over presenting agolden opportunities with Club Mahindra and trusted brand in India & internationally over Phone call with me , manipulating & showing Day dream but after availing the Membership its all cheat and Fraud after brainwashing and false commitment.
I don’t know from where they got me Contact number and trapped me in Club Mahindra
1. In the Month April 2023 Club Mahindra Executive Mr. sunny Yadav visited me in Pune City in the area Near BAPS swami Narayan Temple, Ambegaon Budruk Pune ,Maharashtra on 27th April 2023 at 11 Am talking me for membership saying you can book holiday any time anywhere across India & worldwide without any issues and no conflicts. I asked for proof he said it’s a Brand and you will not face any Problems till next 25 years.
2. Also, told them I am working professional and there is always shortage of Leaves, so I am opting this as you are saying and giving commitment you can book anytime Nationally & internationally throughout 12 months in any season.
3. So, he told the Membership is Rs.5287250/- I said I can not pay this huge amount in reply he said I we can give EMI without any interest, so I proceed further and I paid Rs.47,872/- google pay Axis Banki Account and Rs.5000/- google Pay using Bank O Maharashtra respectively on 27th April 2023 to the Club Mahindra Holidays & Resorts Pvt Ltd.
4. I asked him for Soft or Hard copies of the Club Mahindra for Features & benefits they replied you will get it over email and hard copy after few days
5. If any thing required reach to me, but after calling him he replied he has left the club mahindra.
6. After receiving the soft copy I got shocked there was clause the EMI’s are being charged with 16% interest and bouncing charges too which was earlier not explained by Club Mahindra also the clause for refund is applicable 60% payment then it is refundable which was not explained while purchasing the membership. Alsothere was not explanation called ASF- Annual subscription fees. Which was big shock for me. Een my name was wrongly written instead of My Father Name written my Grandfather name as my father which I told to rectify till date they have not rectified it.
7. I talked over phone call the above mentioned things but they replied don’t worry we will do something and will give some gift kindly coordinate with Club Mahindra.
8. Being a humanity and Big Brand in Hospitality industry I trusted to Club Mahindra but nothing promise was made to commitment. after i regularly paid the EMI Rs.16612 for next few months but suddenly due to market Recession I lost job and financial crises happened. So, I conveyed I have lost job and can not proceed further kindly refund the amount they gave me option to restructure with 4-6 month gap then again I paid EMI Rs. 11141/- so I paid regularly as the feared me your CIBIL score will be down if you don’t pay is its been already in Credit beauro they made me frighten and forced to pay Rs.11141/-as EMI , I Managed that time.

But, when I tied to book the Holidays for Ooty, Shimla,Goa in the month of July,Aug, Sept and Oct -2024 it always showing Not available Not available/ long Waiting List, but while purchasing Membership Club Mahindra told you can book anytime any Month throughout year, then I realized scammed/fraud/cheating happened with me trusting with Club Mahindra and I asked them Club Mahindra promised me to you can book any where anytime any season thought year and now its not showing /allowing/showing Not Available it is total false commitment and Agreement you provided later first took Down Payment Amount and made ECS, so clearly cheated. First of all they never resolved my concern from starting to end , The only word from Club Mahindra “ we will do Something”.
My Leaves availed from Organization go wasted when i later joined somewhere in other IT company and loss of Pay.
I told them again I have not availed any Services from Club Mahindra and asking ASF fees in Advance which was not discussed and not made me to my knowledge.
Even they called me 15-20 calls per day horrible experience made me harassed for ASF.
Eventually, Club Mahindra played with my emotions, made me harassed, exploited, wasted my valuable time, resources.
And made me huge loss Rs.213050
Then , I realised the Fraud/Scam/cheating happened with me from Club Mahindra Holidays & Resorts Pvt Ltd.
