I have order a iPad touch digitizer from maxabhi.com. They delivers the product but product is not compatible with my device and I have applied for replacement but the denied even that product I have in brand new condition I have requested for replacement but not approving

In a product which I received model number is not mentioned they called me and said they don’t have that model number that’s mean they are delivered different model that not compatible and every wrong item rerun and refund policy there
