I purchase Thomson qled 65 inch in october from flipkart led received on 24 october and when flipkart service installation person came for tv installation they found display defective so need to replace the tv with new one. i complaint to flipkart but flipkart asked to call a thomson service center i contact thomson and also fill complaint form on flipkart but no any complaint no asign me and also not replace led. after many calls and mail one person on 06.11.24 visit our home and found led display defective so he asked us for return or replace led we accept replace led than he register for replacement of led but till now no replacement done and no any complaint no provided. on tuseday i call to thomson for replacement status they not pick my phone and in evening call connect and tell no replacment possible and now again asked to send led defective video. please do the need full
