After the software update my phone got complaint , green line in right side of the screen and blink while locking the phone

Dear Team,
I have purchased, mobile vivo x100. When i purchased this mobile his sales person said you can go in rain also you will not face any problem after that i was driving suddenly rain stated and mobile was liquid damaged even i shared sales person video where sales person clearly saying you can go in water and you will not face any problem after accepting sales person is lying but they are not repair my mobile asking for 45k and they are offering 15% discount my mobile under warranty i have all records they chat. call recording. video recording but they are not understand only asking for money plz help for the same
