I have placed an order for garmin band

I had placed the order on 13th Sep 2026 with a message that it might take upto 30 days for the delivery. (Delivery to me and not some nonsense of reaching their warehouse. Why is a customer bothered when is the product reaching ur warehouse. Just mention the delivery date to the customer)
On 30th September, I received an email stating that the product has arrived to their warehouse and it is going to the n3xt step of quality check. On 04th Oct, I received an update saying the Quality check has been done and ready for dispatch.
Today 12th Oct on asking regarding the delivery status, the reply is that it will take more 15 days for the product to reach their warehouse.
On asking regarding the earlier updates on the product already arrived at the warehouse, their reply is please disregard the earlier mails as it is automated messages sent.
Its already 30 days. Their whatsapp is a joke. Thats giving a message that it will be shipped in 7-9 days. To me or to their warehouse is still vague.
NO clarity on when will I receive the product. Hoping against hope for more 15 days. If not then will think of taking things forward. If this is the service to a customer in their own city jurisdiction (Mumbai). Just thinking about customers from other cities
