Delivery delay

I have ordered a product from Flipkart and it reached Ekart Panchvati Nashik hub at 25th August 2025, and from that day my product is out for delivery but it is not delivered yet. And there is no customer support.

I have ordered red tape shoes on 16th of October my delevery date was 22 oct.but till now i haven't received my order...and and I have complaint 100 time but every day they say I will got my order next day...am just helpless at this time..I have paid money as well but not get my order.....my order id is :- OD438896732537590100
