My daughter booked a round trip ticket from Bangalore to Toronto thro Make my Trip by paying Rs 1.32 lakhs.However, since her visa got rejected,she lodged a refund claim with Make my trip, which they are not refunding even after continuous follow-up & inspite of providing all the necessary documentation.The airline,M/s Lufthansa is asking her to take up with the travel agent ,Make my Trip & according to the airline, refund should have been made within a week of lodging the claim.The issue is pending for more than 3 months.There is no proper response from MMT, who are fraudulent & cheating.Hence I request your kind intervention in instructing M/s.Make my Trip, to refund the airfare Rs 1.32 lakhs immediately to my daughter, without further delay.

As per your submission, your daughter booked a round-trip ticket from Bangalore to Toronto through MakeMyTrip by paying ₹1,32,000. Due to her visa being rejected, she lodged a refund claim with MakeMyTrip along with all the necessary documentation. However, despite continuous follow-ups, MakeMyTrip has not processed the refund.

You have also mentioned that the airline, Lufthansa, has directed your daughter to follow up with MakeMyTrip as the travel agent, and as per the airline, the refund should have been processed within a week of the claim being lodged. The matter has now been pending for over 3 months with no proper response from MakeMyTrip's end.
