RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM LIMITED is Office -101, Saffron Nr. Centre Point, Panchwati 5 Rasta,Amba wadi , Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India - 380006.
I procured a Jio Fiber connection on October 1, 2024. During the purchase process, the sales executive informed me of an ongoing Diwali Dhamaka offer. The sales representative stated that to qualify for this offer, a purchase of 15,000 rupees was required at any nearby Jio Store or Reliance Digital store using the registered mobile number associated with the Jio Fiber account. Upon fulfillment of this requirement, twelve coupons would be provided, redeemable monthly through the Jio app. Subsequently, I contacted customer care on December 14, 2024. Initially, I was informed that the coupons would be credited by January 10, 2025. Following a formal email inquiry, the anticipated credit date was revised to January 31, 2025. Upon further communication, customer care stipulated a monthly purchase requirement of 20,000 rupees at Reliance Digital to maintain eligibility for the monthly coupon redemption. This contradicts the initial information provided by the sales executive, who indicated that a single purchase would suffice for the year-long offer. I perceive this as a deceptive sales tactic employed to secure the connection purchase. Despite raising this concern, I have not received a satisfactory response. I request a complimentary one-year connection as initially promised by the sales executive. Furthermore, Finally, due to the misleading sales practices and inadequate resolution, I seek compensation of 500,000 rupees.
