R respected sir,
I purchased TATA PUNCH accomplished on 3rd February 2025 at SELECT TATA MOTORS Chandanagar hyderabad , showroom room cuncerned exicutive deleved the the documents regarding car deliverd on 15 th March 2025 ,TR expired in 3 rd March 2025 ,and not able to registered at RTA in time on 13-03 2025 car was damaged miner dents and not able to claim car insurance regected by isurence company because of TR expired and Registration not done in time due to not delivered car registration required documents by car showroom persons
A loss of Rs 15150 charges paid by me for repair the car in venkataramana tata authorised service centre Beeramguda,
Hence I request you to compenciate the amount paid for repair of new car Rs 15150 from the SELECT MOTORS Chandanagar hyderabad due to their negligence of delivery of documents regarding my car
