I booked Suburban Studios Salt Lake City Airport from 18 to 24 April 2026. I timely cancelled the booking; however, I never received the refund. I kept calling on the customer care and emailed them,yet they did not provide me with a unique transaction reference number (UTR). I had made a payment through my debit card; if they had ever initiated the refund, it would show in account. But even after so many calls and emails, I have not been provided the unique transaction reference number.

With every day passing by, the loss of this huge amount is causing so much mental stress that it has started to give headaches. There is too much pressure from unanswered pursuits, loss of my time, and of course, still so little hope to ever get a refund back from booking.com.
