I opened my make my trip app for very first time
The ai booking agent overshadowed the normal booking process
So I processed with it

I typed surat to dwarka ac bus ticket
It gave me drop location dwarka circle
I was like it would be dwarka only
But it was dwarka circle nashik
Not the actual Dwarka
Now the operator is saying no to give refund or cancel, told me to by app
But they are not reachable or have a proper call system to connect to an actual person to talk to
I need my refund
