I was written to request a refund for the payment of Rs. 9999/- made on 16.03.2025 for the SAP SD course (payment screenshot attached). As I mentioned earlier, I come from a finance background with over 15 years of experience. During our previous discussion, I was unsure whether the SAP SD course was suitable for me. However, after consulting with a friend who works in an MNC in Gurgaon, I have realized that SAP FICO would be a more appropriate course to further enhance my career in the finance field.

Given my background, my friend advised that SAP FICO would be a better choice to improve my career prospects and salary package. Based on this feedback, I would like to request a change from the SAP SD course to the SAP FICO course, which I believe will be more beneficial for my professional growth. If the SAP FICO course is not available with you .

Therefore, I kindly request you to refund the amount of Rs. 9999/- to the QR code provided (attached). I will be very grateful for your understanding and prompt action in processing this refund.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Regards
Arun Dhika
