Urgent Complaint – Repeated Delay in AC Installation

Hi Team,

I purchased an AC through Flipkart and installation was assigned to Jeeves. The installation has been repeatedly rescheduled on May 26, May 28, June 1 and Jun 2. We have waited long enough and have lost confidence in the commitments given by your team.
Despite multiple follow-ups, no proper resolution has been provided. We request immediate installation within 24 hours or a written confirmation of the resolution plan.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will escalate the matter to Flipkart Grievance, the Consumer Helpline, and other appropriate consumer forums.

I have attached screenshots, service updates, and other relevant records as evidence of the repeated delays and missed installation commitments. Kindly review the attached proof and provide an immediate resolution.

Product Name: Blue Star split Air Conditioner

I purchased a Blue Star Air Conditioner worth Rs. 39,990 through Flipkart. The installation was scheduled for 26 May 2026. However, Jeeves has repeatedly postponed the installation from 26 May to 28 May, then to 1 June, and again to 3 June. As of today, the installation has not been completed.

I have contacted Flipkart and Jeeves several times regarding this issue, but no effective action has been taken. I have received only assurances and automated acknowledgments. The delay has caused significant inconvenience, loss of time, and mental stress.

I request immediate installation of the AC and appropriate action against the company for deficiency in service. I also request suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the repeated delays
