Writing complaint against Amazon.
I ordered "Terminator pidilite structure preservative" 5 litre pack on 7th March 2026. I paid because cash on delivery system was not available for this product. Instead of 5 ltr, I received 1 ltr pack. I complained immediately via customer care and try to return. I did multiple complaint against return but not get any positive response and finally they denied and put blame on me that I cancelled the return. As I was following all the steps suggested by customer care.
