Nibav lift not working from dayone

Nibav Home Lifts Company Email id - info@nibavlifts.com Mode of payment - Online Amount Paid - 2400000/- Complaint No.- 5574 Problems Details - Lift was installed in his house on 14-Nov-25 from Nibav Home Lifts company. From the day it was installed, the lift is not working. I have complained to the company for this but till now no one has explained it to me due to which im is facing a lot of trouble. Lift has not worked for full 24hrs. This is a failure product. None from the company has taken ownership. No one will pick the call (proof attached). I'm sure this is faulty product many consumers are facing the same problem as me. I need 30,00,000/- as refund because i have to break my building to install the lift.

I had the same problem. Brand new lift was down for almost 7 months. The lift was badly damaged as multiple people ripped, stripped and broken it and left the lift fully scratched. There are many safety problems as well which are not attended till today. Now we have a service issue and Nibav team is not ready to troubleshoot and are asking huge money. I am facing the same problem. It has been a year and in that year 7-8 times we have faced the problem where lift was not operational. They came and fixed it but it is happening over and over again. They committed to have a less AMC charges but now they have raised up their AMC charges and our AMC is due and they are not sending the engineers. They are literally delivering faulty products and not being responsible for it at all. We should team up and take this to court. My number: 9588200385.
