It's been two months I have cancelled my ola electric scooter S1 pro gen2 and still awaiting amount to be credited to my Credit card.

Customer: Samanoori Venkatesh

I'm not able to connect to customer support with the registered number

Mode of payment: HDFC Credit card
I have been paying EMIs for the card
This is causing a very serious inconvenience for me as I have medical emergency and need money asap

I have attached multiple emails with olaelectric@gmail.com and all emails auto acknowledged but no further response

You need to file a case against the Ola Electric if they are not providing you the services.

You can ask refund + Compensation.
