I purchased an e-bike from E Bike Gallery, Bhavnagar on 20/12/2025 for ₹41,500 (bill available). Within a short time, the battery/fitment got damaged, clearly visible in photos.
I contacted the dealer multiple times, but no repair, replacement, or refund was provided. Dealer is not cooperating and avoiding responsibility.
This is deficiency in service and sale of defective product. I want to proceed with legal/consumer action and seek resolution.
