It's been 3 months since my scooter is at OLA service center, Moti Nagar, Delhi. Even after repeated emails, calls to customer care and service center, my scooter still remains to be unrepaired. Now, after 3 months its battery has started draining out and I am afraid that this would affect the battery health and hence would eventually create a problem in the future. The issue was with the side stand for which the estimate has been made but the part that is to be replaced hasn't been delivered yet.

I can't keep my vehicle for too long with no scope of getting an update from OLA electric's team.

You need to file a case against the Ola Electric if they are not providing you the services.

You can ask refund of ₹150000/- + Compensation.
