Dear Sir / Madame,
I had purchased new Hycross ZX from Anand Autocare PVT LTD Toyota Hamirpur.
It was delivered on 03FEB 2026.
When after receiving car, it was washed 2 times, applied wax on re painted parts worned out and it was very clear that these parts i.e. Driver side door, fender & front bumper were re painted and delivered to us without any knowledge.
May be bumper was also refitted as the bolts had no permanent markings on it, it was clearly visible while checking the car.
This is a crime and fradulent activity
