Subject: Complaint under Consumer Protection Act, 2019 against Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. for Deficiency in Service and Unfair Trade Practice.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, [Ruhi khan], resident of (Aliganj Mehndi tola, Lucknow , Uttar Pradesh 226024), wish to file this complaint against Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

  1. I ordered a Sleepwell mattress from Flipkart on 9 February 2026, Order ID: OD436716215077909100.
  2. The product delivered to me was of a different size than ordered, which is a clear case of wrong supply of goods.
  3. I immediately raised a complaint on the Flipkart platform and through customer care. Despite repeated follow-ups for more than one month, no resolution has been provided.
  4. The return/replacement window was unfairly closed without resolving my grievance.
  5. I have also emailed and contacted customer support multiple times and have Docket No: 8744601, but no action has been taken.
This act amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Due to this negligence, I have suffered mental harassment, financial loss, and unnecessary stress.

I respectfully request the Hon’ble Commission to:

  • Direct the Opposite Party to provide a full refund / replacement immediately.
  • Award compensation of â‚ą13000 for mental harassment and inconvenience.
  • Direct the Opposite Party to pay litigation costs.
  • Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice.
I am attaching copies of invoice, order details, complaint emails, and screenshots as evidence.
