Online shopping scam

I got a very bad experience from Suhana creation i ordered a dress which is very beautiful but when delivery came I got a cheap and used damaged clothes. The dress is completely different from the picture not even colour is same torn and fade away colour . I have been contacting them so many times and there is no reply at all .
I called them so many times the number given in the site but it is unavailable and also emailed so many times .
I need a refund and return
Please take action against this

Bad experience from Suhana creation got a damaged and dirty torn clothes now they are not responding to anything . I emailed and called so many times no response at all. Kindly take action against them.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
