I have purchased food processor on Amazon, i tried to book a return on the same day of the delivery but the option was not given on the portal and I tried to reach out to the customer support on the email to request for return of this item was also unsuccessful. I reached out to the vendor service on the portal they asked me to check with Amazon itself. The product built quality and plastic used is very bad
