JioMart cancelled my paid order but refund not received

I would like to file a complaint against JioMart.
I placed an order on the JioMart app which was already prepaid. However, JioMart cancelled the order on their own without my request, and the refund has still not been provided.

Order Details:
Order Date: 7 December 2025
Payment Mode: Online (Prepaid)
Order Status: Cancelled by JioMart
Refund Status: Not received till date

I have contacted JioMart customer care multiple times, but I have not received any proper response or refund. This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

I request the Consumer Forum to:
1.Direct JioMart to refund the full amount immediately.
2.Take appropriate action against the company.

I am attaching all relevant documents such as order confirmation, payment proof, and cancellation details for reference.
