Dear Team,

I ordered some chocolates from Ditch the Guilt website on 24th December 2025, and it was a prepaid order. Made the payment via networking and got a confirmation email from their website.
i have trying to track the order, tried calling their call centre number and watssap number and wrote couple of emails to them but no response from anywhere. the contact numbers do not exist. the order has not been delivered till now.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
