I purchased a Lifelong insulated coffee mug from Blinkit. At the time of purchase, the listing stated that a warranty card and user manual would be included with the product; however, I received the product alone. Furthermore, the mug appeared to have been previously used.I contacted Blinkit via mail because the app was crashing due to high traffic.Despite attaching valid proof, I only received automated AI responses. The customer service has been incredibly poor and misleading. I want my refund Order ID: ORD99287354953
