I would like to register a consumer complaint against **Blinkit (Grofers India Pvt Ltd)** for delivery of a **damaged Philips Airfryer**.


**Order ID:** 1689237070 / ORD61805117274
**Order Date:** 24/01/2026
**Seller / Platform:** Blinkit
**Product:** Philips Airfryer
**Amount Paid:** ₹7396.70


The product was delivered in a **damaged and unusable condition**. I immediately raised the issue via the Blinkit app and email, attaching **clear photos and video evidence**. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved within a reasonable time.


This is a clear case of **defective goods and deficiency in service**, which is a violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.


I request:


1. **Immediate full refund or replacement**, and





2. Appropriate action against the seller/platform to prevent such issues.





Supporting evidence (photos, videos, emails, order invoice) are available and can be provided.


Kindly assist in resolving this matter at the earliest.
