Blinkit didn't refund my money

I placed an order on 18 jan 2025. I had to cancel it due to some reason. I contacted the blinkit support Team and they told me that I'll receive my refund my 23 jan 2025, but i did not receive it. So I asked again on 24 jan 2026 and was told to wait for 26 jan 2026. Now the app shows that refund has been processed but I did not recieve it. They just keep on delaying my refund. Screenshots are attached for your reference. I request you to process my refund as soon as possible and refund my money plus the compensation for the inconvenience caused by delaying my refund.

This is very common issue and can be solved without filing the case before the Consumer Commission.

We recommend that you first call the BlinkIt customer care at "011-40592373" and also send an email to the customer care department of the BlinkIt (grievance.officer@blinkit.com), clearly outlining your concerns, attach images showing the expiration date of the product, mention the transection details and request to Refund the amount.
