I placed an order from an online store from Instagram called Memories cart on 15 Jan 2026. It has been 8 days and I have not received any update on my order. The only email confirmation I got was on 15 Jan 2026 when I placed the order and paid and I have attached the screenshot of the same.
After that I have emailed them 3 times and they have not replied. (Screenshots attached for that as well)
I also reached out to them on Instagram but got no response.

There is no contact number to reach out and I’m worried they have scammed me

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
