I have placed chocolate order on January 15 2026 by using payment though razorpay
They said they will dispatch order in 1 day but till now there is no further details of my order and also they are not replying to any email or any customer care number or any WhatsApp text
I want my refund

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
