I ordered 7 chocolates from ditch the guilt on 10th Jan this year but did not get any confirmation or shipment details from them. After trying to reach them on numbers provided on their own website. All the numbers are wrong. No mails have been replied and neither did they reply to the submit feedback option on their website. I feel scammed by this brand and demand either my products or a refund.

I am facing the same issue . Had placed order on january 4. Forget about processing the order, they have not even responded to any of my queries on email. All phone numbers given on website do not exist. This is a gross violation of consumer norms and I demand a complete refund.
