Myntra order not delivered but marked as delivered

I placed an order on Myntra on 20th December for multiple products and most were delivered but one product, a Peter England shirt is shwoing delivered but that is not delivered.

I've raised the complaint and escalated the issue multiple times but I receive the same reply saying that we've confirmed with logistics team that order has been delivered even though it hasn't been delivered.

I even shared the call logs from that day and and the MyGate entry logs of the day that it is marked as delivered but I didn't receive a single confirmation about it from delivery agent.

On top of all this, I received a call from Escalation desk on 1st Jan 2026 that it will be delivered by next day but still it has not been delivered.

I'm attaching all the relevant details like screenshot from app, call log entry of the day it was marked delivered.

Just for refrence, I attached logs from truecaller as well, the Myntra delivery always shows up as eKart delivery.

Today, I got a call from Myntra saying that they have confirmed with Audio confirmation about the delivery but I didn't even receive a single call from the delivery agent as I shared the call logs. When I asked them to play the logs, they didn't saying it's not in their policy.
