I ordered:- Denon AVR-X250BT 5.1 Ch. 4K Ultra HD AV Receiver with Bluetooth (Black) on jan 27/2026 at 12.26pm ; Order ID: #406-7023237-9025935; Price: ₹29.005; Seller shown: SOUNDLABZ.
Amazon marked delivery on 01.02.2026 at ~04.56PM. Package was received by my self only OTP authorisation from my phone.
On opening the sealed pack around 05.04 PM (photograph taken), I found dust ,papaers,some forniture brouchers,damaged small speaker boxes ,stones,speaker box meshmini transformer,some electric garbage etc/
I immediately contacted Amazon chat/support, shared photos and the unboxing images. Despite this, Amazon customer care person simply they said we aproved within 3 working days it ll refund your account but how i stressed with their delivery of these type of garbage by taking 29000rs /-
and after i realised for rise acomplaint against them .i need my money back as well no bady should not suffer like me anymore.mentally i too dissopointed with this amazon irresponsibe service after spenting of 29000/- .so i finally desided to demanding a comprehensive justice .
