I found add for booking for my holidays through Facebook advertising to Park Royal Holidays. In reply Park Royal Holiday told me about their availability in my dates but they told me to take their membership first. After taking their membership I mailed my dates for booking but in reply they mailed me for non availability for my booking dates. Then, I told them to refund my membership amount Rs. 51555/- but they told me membership is non refundable I told them if you are not providing me booking on my dates as agreed before membership then you should refund my amount and cancel my membership, They any how give me two nights at shimla so that I don't cancel their membership although I wanted membership for eight days but they gave me only for two days. When I reached their booked accomodation then I found that they have booked me a cottage room with bad toilets etc. I told hotel manager why haven't given me my accomodation as per my membership at least but they refused to provide me room as per my membership, my family was having a lot of trouble so that I have to take accomodation on my own. After that they I called them for such misbehave they deducted my two nights. Also when I complained in consumer forum they have kept membership in hold.
