I purchased a visis world TV from Amazon on April 2nd, and I started experiencing problems with it. The remote control wasn't working, so I complained to the company several times. Now the company keeps saying that the remote isn't covered under the warranty. I don't understand why you didn't mention anything about the company's product, and everything that comes with it.

I have purchased VW make TV of Beston sky vision and it was delivered on 6th December 2025. Tv has been started on 6th December 2025. Tv has been started 22 days (stops working) on 28th December 2025. I have made a complaint XZ-17557302601021 and till day on 16th Jan 2026 no one came and repair the TV. Customer support is ridiculous, Poor quality Tv last for 22 days and third grade service. No proper answer and firm action on TV repair. It is really worst experience. Never buy this TV.
