On 20/04/2026 I had booked a Non AC Room in Hotel Sahasra at Tirupati (AP) through MAKE MY TRIP for Rs. 965 of Booking Booing ID : NH20068479475356 of Dated 20/04/2026 with my Register Mobile No. 7683837341 and E-mail Id : subrata07meher@raddifmail.com.On Same day I had Cancelled same Room to Book a New AC Room.
On this cancellation MAKE MY TRIP Refund Rs. 808.53 on dated 24/04/2026 with RRN number 28242703805 and another part of Rs. 156.47 with same RRN number 28242703805.I received Rs. 808.53 in my SBI Act 30491937798, but till date I did not get other Part of refund of Rs. 156.47.

In this regard I had contact somany times to Customer Care Executive of Make My Trip and send a mail with current Bank statement from Date of Booking. But till date they are not taking any action and my refund is Pending till date.

I had also contact my SBI Branch with mail and meet to Branch Manager. He said " The Refund not initiate properly by MMT because the RRN number is only 12 digit with same number in differents part of Refund".

So in this way MAKE MY TRIP cheating with me and mentally harrasment to me.
Therefore I Requested you to take a strict action against Make My Trip on which I cane get my Refund of Rs. 156.47 immediately please.
