I faced the same fraud. I had placed an order on 15th October (#106259), it has been 1 week and it's still showing as Confirmed. It was a prepaid order of ₹420. I tired contacting them via email but the email address doesn't exist. They didn't even respond on WhatsApp and there's no number...
