I have taken a franchisee in Hatsun Agro Private Limited in Chennai Anna Nagar West Extension on 5th Dec 2024. Initially we have invested about 40,00,000/- Totally as an investment for franchisee.
1. Franchisee Agreement 1,00,000 rupees to the company till now they have not given a copy of agreement to me whenever i ask them asking to put more stocks.
2. We dont have toilet facilites in the shop while taking the shop they promised to arrange for that issues but not solved. Our Ladies staffs are using nearby pertol bunk and hospital for restroom
3. They promised 4 milk shops and 60 shops for supply of ice cream and curd supply but provided 2 milk shop that too not purchasing with us from the beginning itself. i complained to Manager regarding this issues. He is not bothered about this. I tried to reach the MD But unable to contact him.
4. The staffs from Hatsun Company is Mr.Vinoth BDM and Suresh Kumar collected money from other distributors and diverting our orders to other supplier. we found in red handed and complained to the Manager he is encouraging his staff and blaming us.
5. Finally We got loss of around 25lakhs during the month of March and April 2025. Now we indicated all issues to the higher officials and we promised to fill stocks before july 31 2025. They are refused to operate us and changing dealer
