Whenever I place an order, especially for products such as the OnePlus Nord 4 and OnePlus Buds, the order gets automatically cancelled from Amazon’s side. I have already contacted customer support multiple times and was informed that the matter would be reviewed by the OFM team. However, I have not received any response or resolution so far.

I also have funds available in my Amazon Pay Wallet that I want to use for purchases. Due to these automatic cancellations, the payment keeps getting refunded, and I am unable to place any successful order. This has caused significant inconvenience and has prevented me from purchasing the products I need.

I request you to please investigate my account, identify the reason behind these automatic cancellations, and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible. If any verification or action is required from my side, please let me know.



I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this issue.
