Sir,
I am a resident of Flat No. B 1545, 4th Avenue, Gaur City 1, Greater Noida (UP) and wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding a persistent issue in one of the bathrooms in my flat. I initially reported this problem to the 4th Avenue Maintenance Team on 6th July 2025, as the tap water supply in the bathroom is completely non-functional.
However, to date, no plumber has been sent by the Apartment Owner Association and maintenance manager to rectify the issue. The complaint status continues to show “In Progress” since the date of lodging, with no actual resolution or action taken. Despite this, the daily maintenance charges are still being regularly deducted from my meter, which is deeply concerning as basic amenities are not being provided by the 4th Avenue Apartment Owners' Association.
This inaction strongly suggests that the Apartment Owner Association and maintenance team is deliberately ignoring the issue for reasons best known to them.
It is request to issue notice to 4th Avenue Apartment Owners Association President - Mr. Dileep Saxena , Vice President- Mrs. Kavita Saini, Secretary Mr. Varun Tyagi & Treasurer Mr. Sumit Misra regarding not providing services to consumer.
