I ordered a lipstick from blinkit and the product quality was poor, I asked for return or replacement and the agents were so arrogant that they were not even listening and not ready to help. I told them that the product has a policy to replace it then why are you not replacing it and they were so unhelpful. Being a regular customer of blinkit, I never expected this from blinkit. This was the worst experience. No help at all.
