Respected sir/ madam,
With due respect that I am Raju das as a customer of your Samsung mobile company. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A16 5G mobile on the dated 29/06/2025 from Great Eastern Trading Co. Salkia, branch, through Bajaj finance. My financial transaction started with 1st. EMI on this August 2025.
After purchasing of the above mentioned mobile I facing a network related problem.
All incoming & outgoing calls are not cleared voices (Call drop & cut voice) due to network.
On the dated 05.08.2025 when charging my mobile that was fully shutdown, more & more time I tried to starting it but I can’t that time. Great Eastern’s salesman started it with his another technic.
I was visited at your Samsung Service Centre, Howrah Maidan (1st. floor) on the dated 05.08.2025, they can’t solve the problems but give me few non-technical advices. I can’t get service about this.
Now I am facing a very critical situation in my business for this reason, I suffering this only blind believe on Samsung mobile brand.
I request to you that please see the matter & do the needful as early as possible.
