Hi Namaskar,
I am Archana Pankaj Paunikar taken a new jio airfiber connection with the plan of 2222/- with 3+1 months scheme. Where sales person from Nagpur Mr. Shivam Satpute said that in your area jio work properly without any problem. So, decide to take new connection where after completing payment process through jio app. Installation done on 19th June 26 and on next day the internet not stable and having issue with setup box also.

So, I call to sales person and engineer to check the internet issue, hence unable to resolve the problem. After lot of issue, at last I called up to sales person and also complaint through your app. Engineer said having installation issue.
At last decided to surrender the connection and proceed for refund as we are not used your device from the date of installation, hardly 1 day it's used for around 4 to 5 hrs.

Request to take out the connection and refund my 2222/- on urgent.
