I have taken JioFiber connection and paid Rs.1000.00, on 18-12-2025 & it needs to install on same date or within 48 hr still it has been not resolved,


Whenever i call customer care i get response that we will get back to you your order is on hold from last 2 days i get the same response.


No one is ready to help and customer assistance is saying to cancel and re-order the connection, this thr solution in getting


Its really bad to deal with customer service they do not no how to resolve the issue
