One of the worst and most disappointing experiences. We took a 3-year membership and have already paid ₹1 lakh to Irshad and Yusuf. Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, they stopped responding properly to our calls and messages.
We were later given a backend contact, Manjunath. We were promised that they would provide a one-way flight as part of the offer, and this was also communicated through emails. However, when it came time to honour the commitment,there has been no proper response.
They also booked hotels for us that were below the promised standard (less than 3-star), while the full amount was already taken and is non-refundable for us.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. We expected the commitments made at the time of membership to be honoured and proper support to be provided after payment.
