Respected Consumer Court Authority,
I am filing this complaint with utmost urgency and seriousness against Porter Apps, Porter Support Team, and their Agent Partners for gross harassment, mental agony, negligence, and unprofessional conduct.
On 24/08/2025, I booked Porter services for shifting (Order ID: PNM21659992). Since 10:00 AM today, I have been continuously harassed, ignored, and left without any proper response from Porter and its representatives. Despite repeated follow-ups through calls and mails, neither the support team nor the assigned agents have taken any action to move my goods.
This shifting is extremely critical for me, as I am relocating for a new job tomorrow (25/08/2025). Because of Porter’s deliberate negligence, my joining is at risk, which will cause severe financial loss, career damage, and unbearable mental stress.
Their unprofessionalism, false promises, and irresponsible behavior amount to clear harassment, deficiency of service, and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I therefore demand:
1. Immediate intervention to ensure my shifting is completed without further delay.
2. Strict action and penalty against Porter, its support staff, and agent partners for harassment and negligence.
3. Compensation for the financial loss, career risk, and mental trauma I am suffering due to Porter’s misconduct.
I am ready to provide all supporting documents, call logs, and email trails to prove Porter’s failure and harassment. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to pursue strict legal proceedings and claim heavy compensation for damages caused.
Porter must be held accountable for playing with a consumer’s livelihood and mental peace.
