I purchased an AC from Haier India. At the time of purchase, I was told that the warranty would cover all parts for 5 years, and after that, the compressor would be covered for 11 years.

I lodged a complaint 15 days back regarding my Haier AC where AC is having cooling problem. In the last 15 days, engineer visited thrice and acknowledge the issue and return back with the confirmation that other team will visit to refill the gas. It has so many follow up, so gas filling team has not visited yet to fix the issue.
