Dear Team,
I would like to bring to your notice a serious quality issue regarding the 2 packs of Iddy’s Idli-Dosa Batter that were ordered and delivered on 05 September 2026 vide Order IDs OD338546856524246500 & OD338546679575064500.
The Use By/Expiry dates printed on the two packs were 10 September 2026 and 11 September 2026, respectively. However, to my utter surprise, when both packs were opened for use for breakfast today (07 September 2026), both the contents were found to be stale and apparently rotten, and were completely unfit for consumption. Images attached for ready reference.
I am not making any allegation regarding the reason for this deterioration, nor am I claiming any damages or “demurrage” at this stage. However, irrespective of the reason, the fact remains that a product which was well within its stated Use By/Expiry date was delivered in a condition that made it unfit for consumption.
In my view, this constitutes a clear deficiency in both product quality and service. I would therefore request you to kindly look into this matter seriously, explain how this could have happened, and arrange an appropriate resolution/replacement/refund for the affected packs.
I hope you will treat this as a genuine quality concern and take the necessary steps to ensure that such an incident is not repeated.
