Hi,
I'm a regular customer of Bodycraft JP Nagar. Taken multiple services which include Dermapen treatments, HMF and salon services as well. At the month of Dec'2024 I took Elixir PCOS package for my wellness as suggested by doctor. There were 11 sessions in total. 11 PCOS and 1 clear skin. Every weekend or so I used the Elixir. Since few days I'm not well as in constipation,leg pain, continuous headache,not able to remember much, fatigue, thirsty. I got blood test done and came to know my vitamin D levels are at toxic levels above 150. I have already spent above 1 lakh on these shots and now in line for medical treatments and physical agony. Now I need full compensation for the amount I paid to Bodycraft, medical expenses and office work loss as well.
