I am a resident of Ojhar Township near Nashik city. We are invited via a so called lucky draw coupon given at city centre mall. A contract was signed with Classic Pride Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, Nasik at their office with very exciting package of 3 years of club membership ( two movie tickets every month + 3 dinner reimbursement per year + free new year event and summer camp pass + 3A train tickets for two per year etc.) along with 21 days national/international holiday package at a cost of Rs. 72000/-.
At the beginning they provided movie tickets two times but dinner bills are not reimbursed for one year. when we sat in their office two cancel the membership because of their bad service they immediately transferred 4500/- against the dinner bills. but since then they have not reimbursed the dinner bills of two years since two years.
Since last six months, they are not reachable and they do not respond to emails either. Their phones are "Dead" or switched OFF. What is the proper way to file a case or, complaint and where.
